In order to allow the employees to meet the requirements of our customers fully, the company has a training system. It is a very complex process: starting with the identification of training needs on many levels and ending with the training process evaluation and postponed assessment of the training efficiency. All that aims at raising the efficiency and quality of work.
ADJUSTMENT TRAINING- each new worker employed undergoes an adjustment training programme. Its purpose is to familiarize the employee with the character and organization of work, type of work and its specificity. A significant factor of the set of trainings is creating the appropriate atmosphere.
OBLIGATORY TRAINING- obligatory for all the employees. It is organized in order to ensure each employee safety at his work stand.
SPECIALIZED TRAINING- owing to this training employees acquire and update their qualifications to perform particular professional activities. Depending on the needs this training concerns: operation of a fork lift, power, gas lift truck.
EXTERNAL TRAINING- aims at raising the level of professional knowledge and interpersonal abilities of employees which are necessary in their everyday professional work. Employees participate in open training (widely available) and closed training ("tailored").
FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSES- due to numerous contacts with foreign customers, the company enables the employees to master their language skills. The employees take part in classes of English and German on different levels of advancement.
UNIVERSITY STUDIES, POSTGRADUATE- in accordance with the Resolution of the company Board the company partly finances studying employees. Depending on the employees' individual needs and according to Spinko's needs, they can be: bachelor's, master's or postgraduate studies.
INTERNAL TRAINING- department managers have systematic meetings with employees devoted to quality issues. The most significant achievements of internal training are: raising and deepening the employees' knowledge, increasing the independence and work effectiveness and raising motivation to act.

This is why every year we organize integration festivity for the SPINKO employees and their close families. Everyone has a chance to meet one another at a summer barbecue, have fun with good music in the background, eat and take part in team games. Every year a few teams play volleyball to win the SPINKO President's Cup.
